Boy In A Skirt Assaults HS Girl But It's Her Father Who Get's Arrested?
Remember when liberals tried to shame parents for concern over gender-neutral restrooms? The left claimed that it was phobic to be concerned that an all-inclusive restroom could lead to sexual assault. Boy were they wrong.
Reports of assault started pouring in almost immediately because creepers are criminals of opportunity and the left creates plenty of that. Just look at Lounder county schools who now face scrutiny as. not one but two, female students were assaulted by a boy in a skirt. One assault should have been enough to land the boy in jail, but that didn't happen.
In fact, the creep was allowed back into the same school system...
"Loudoun County, Virginia, high school student—identified by police as a male and accused of assaulting a girl in a school bathroom while wearing a skirt—was reportedly under court-ordered electronic monitoring for a previous assault charge when the bathroom incident occurred.
It's unclear why the student was allowed back onto school property as he had previously been charged with sexually assaulting another student on school grounds five months earlier.
The allegations of a transgender bathroom assault take place against a backdrop of protests by parents across Virginia against what they say are politically motivated policies of school administrators, including policies accommodating transgender students."
"In Loudoun County, the unnamed 15-year-old teen was accused last week of assault for allegedly forcing a victim into an empty classroom at Broad Run High School. There, he "held her against her will and inappropriately touched her," police said.
At the time, the student was already under electronic monitoring by police due to being charged with sexually assaulting a young girl in a bathroom in an Ashburn high school in May, Loudoun County Commonwealth's Attorney Buta Biberaj told WTOP."
The confused teen was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy and is being held in the county juvie.
Parents should be outside of the school protesting at this point. Looks like anyone with a daughter should be looking into homeschooling. This "woke" environment the school set is clearly not safe. But we all knew this from the start.
In a Wednesday statement, the Loudoun County School Board said that police are investigating the incident. TheBlaze published their statement:
"Loudoun County Public Schools is aware of the media and social media reports concerning alleged sexual assaults at two of our high school campuses," a portion of the statement said. "Principals are legally required to report to the local law enforcement agency any act, including sexual assault, that may constitute a felony offense. That process was followed with respect to these allegations."
The statement added, "Furthermore, LCPS is prohibited from disciplining any student without following the Title IX grievance process, which includes investigating complaints of sexual harassment and sexual assault. LCPS does impose interim measures to protect the safety of students involved in the original incident, deter retaliation, and preserve the integrity of the investigation and resolution process."
There's more!
The father of the teen girl who was allegedly raped by this creep was arrested for speaking up during a school board meeting. Scott Smith, the victim's father, asked the same questions- what the hell was this kid doing in their school in the first place?
But get this...
According to reports, the prosecutor who wanted to jail the father is a Soros lapdog:
The Loudoun County prosecutor who sought jail time against a father who was arrested at a school board meeting after his daughter was allegedly sexually assaulted in a school bathroom has ties to progressive megadonor George Soros and Democratic Virginia gubernatorial nominee Terry McAuliffe.
Loudoun County Commonwealth's Attorney Buta Biberaj was described in the explosive report by The Daily Wire as the "progressive" elected county prosecutor who ran on a platform of ending "mass incarceration," but yet she sought jail time for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, both misdemeanor charges, against Scott Smith.
Smith was arrested during a June 22 school board meeting several weeks after he says his daughter was raped by a gender-fluid student in a school bathroom. The student, a 15-year-old boy, was charged in that case with two counts of forcible sodomy and later arrested. He was then fitted with an ankle monitor and transferred to another school in Ashburn, where he was accused of committing another sexual assault against another female student in October.
The reports about what Smith was accused of just simply states 'disorderly conduct', but who the hell can blame him? What kind of a person would seek to prosecute a father defending his daughter?
