Brazen Broad Daylight Assignation Of Father Walking With His Daughter Caught On Camera
Crime in the North East continues to rise and criminals are becoming more embolden it seems. In a recently CCTV footage, a Bronx man was seen walking his daughter across the street when a black sedan pulls up and shoots him. The sedan approaches the two slowly which causes the father to pause and look in their direction but he continues on.
The father was identified as Anthony Robinson was crossing with his 6-year-old daughter around 6pm at the intersection of Sheridan Ave and East 170th street.
Robinson and his daughter were holding hands the entire time. Once they reached the otherwise of the crosswalk, Robinson turns to say something to his daughter. Just then, a person from the passenger side of the car shot Robinson and he fell to the ground.
Police say the first shot hit Robinson in the chest, but say he was struck multiple times, though they did not disclose the location of the other gunshot wounds.
New York Police Department chief of detectives Rodney Harrison posted the graphic video on Twitter in hope of identifying the suspects in the vehicle. He's asking for the public's help identifying the car and possibly the owner.
According to the Twitter post no one related to Robinson’s killing has been arrested, the New York Post reported, and authorities are asking anybody with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
