Did This Lt. Gen Just Lie To Sen Hawley Under Oath?
The military is having major recruitment problems and is there any wonder why? First off, we're led by a madman who can't decide if he wants to go to war with China over Taiwan or not. The military itself has seemingly become politicized and forced service members to receive novel vaccines.
During this week's hearing, Sen. Josh Hawley(R-MO) spoke about military recruitment. One person he addressed his concerns with was Gen. Caroline Miller. Hawley asked Miller to explain a recent video post on Twitter about Anderson Air Force Base, in Guam who are reportedly forced to stop using pronouns on base. Hawley explained, "leaders there recently received an official email that prohibited them from using pronouns or descriptors like he/she, youngest/oldest, male or female, why is that? I mean what's going on?" Hawley questioned.
Lt. Gen Miller claimed that that is not the 'official' policy of the military but noted that she can not say that it is not happening. " I don't know if its not happening but it is not an official policy from the Department of the Air Force," she said.
Have we all forgotten the training videos? If you have, please pop on over and watch THIS video. It's just one of the dozens floating around. So, maybe it's not policy on paper, but it's policy *wink wink*.

SENATOR JOSH HAWLEY: Anderson Air Force Base, in Guam of course, leaders there recently received an official email that prohibited them from using pronouns or descriptors like he/she, youngest/oldest, male or female, why is that? I mean what's going on?
LT. GEN. CAROLINE MILLER: Senator Hawley thank you for that question. Actually we've been talking a lot about that because it was an email from my understanding that went out locally from one of the commanders there. I don't remember what level I don't know if it was a group commander wing there I believe that it was a Facebook post that went out based on a question. It is not the Air Force policy to not use pronouns and so I think it was a social media, you know, exacerbated by individuals that said that they were directed for that.
HAWLEY: So that's progress so you're saying that. I'm looking at a news article here published August 31, 2022 saying that PACAF has been sent this letter around leaders of the base are instructed do not use pronouns, age, race, etc. And they go on, the examples of unauthorized language are male/female, youngest/oldest, he/she. But you are saying that is not that was not an official communication that has not been a direction.
MILLER: That is not an official communication
HAWLEY: Your position to me is that is not policy and they have not been so instructed this is a social media policy. This is not real, it's not happening.
MILLER: I don't know if its not happening but it is not an official policy from the Department of the Air Force.
HAWLEY: I ask because part of the way it's been reported is that the rational is to help with lethality, and also recruiting. I was just curious as heck how not using he/she can help with lethality and how it's helping with recruiting but I'll take your word for it that this is not policy and that satisfies me.
