Disgraced Biden Admin Arrested As Fugitive Of Justice
Sam Brinton, the former activist tapped by Joe Biden for a key nuclear role, has been arrested again Wednesday night as a “fugitive from justice” for allegedly stealing luggage.
Montgomery County, Maryland, police arrested Brinton at his home on Wednesday, police logs show. He is currently in jail and being held without bond. A judge denied Brinton’s request to turn himself in and ordered him extradited to Virginia on grand larceny charges.
This arrest comes after Brinton was fired from his role in the Biden campaign for repeatedly stealing women’s clothing. He was also arrested in October for an incident where he allegedly stole luggage from a hotel in Virginia.
A neighbor told Fox News that “four unmarked police showed up last night, they would not let his spouse Kevin leave. After about an hour Sam Brinton was escorted out in handcuffs.”
This is not Brinton’s first run-in with the law. He was arrested in October for an incident where he allegedly stole luggage from a hotel in Virginia. Brinton has also been arrested multiple times for disorderly conduct and trespassing.
Brinton was hired by the Biden campaign to be the “nonbinary” advocate and was slated to help with the nuclear energy policy. However, in light of his recent arrest, Biden’s campaign has said that they have severed ties with Brinton.
Brinton’s arrest is yet another setback for the Biden campaign, as the candidate is already facing scrutiny over his handling of sexual assault allegations against his son Hunter. This latest incident is sure to add fuel to the fire, as the Biden campaign is already trying to distance itself from Brinton.
The incident also raises questions about Brinton’s background and if the Biden campaign knew about his past when he was hired. It’s unclear if the Biden campaign conducted a background check on Brinton or if they were aware of his past arrests.
It remains to be seen what will happen to Brinton now that he is in custody. He is currently being held without bond and is awaiting extradition to Virginia to face charges. It’s likely that if convicted, he could face jail time.
