Female Athlete Prepare For A Legal Fight Against Biden Over His Sexist Exec Orders
Biden has been pushing through a ridiculous number of executive orders bypassing the House and Senate. It got to the point that even Dems told him to slow his roll. One of the executive orders violates the rights of females in a big way, by giving transwomen preferential treatment.
Biden's executive order allows transwomen to partake in female sports and even allows the use of the same bathrooms/locker rooms. Idaho State University runner Madison Kenyon said enough is enough and is contesting the executive order. She appeared with her lawyer, Christiana Holcomb, on FOX & Friends
"So I have competed against a biological male in cross country and indoor track. It's super frustrating and very unmotivating to lose against a biological male in your own sport and having experienced that I decided to get involved in this lawsuit because I felt like it was the best way for me to get my voice out and fight for these opportunities that should be preserved for women," Kenyon explained.
Kenyon's lawyer also weighed in on the executive order.
"...What we do know is it sends a message loud and clear to female athletes, like Madison, that you don't matter to this administration. Frankly, federal law doesn't matter to this administration because federal law is really clear that we have women sports as a separate category to ensure that female athletes get to be champions and get to have a fair and level playing field."
...But the real question is where is it most fair for everyone to compete. Men and women are not identical and this is really showcased well in sports. The whole reason we have women sports as a separate category is to showcase those physiological differences..."

Biden is catering to less than 1% of the population here at the cost of the privacy and sports careers of females. There is no telling how many females will miss out on sports scholarships or lose the ability to compete. Men are generally stronger and faster than ladies so it's not fair to do this to women.
If that wasn't bad enough, now they have to share locker rooms/bathrooms. So girls will have to change in front of guys that identify as girls. Who is to say that the boys are not faking it? What about the rights of women? Shouldn't they have a say?
