GOP Congresswoman Claims NYC Plotting Voter Fraud
A New York City Republican lawmaker has announced that she has obtained solid evidence that city officials are aiding and abetting illegal immigrants to register to vote. This revelation comes at a time when the city is struggling to cope with the ongoing crisis at the southern border, which has strained its resources and prompted the use of migrant shelters.
The representative, Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, representing part of New York City, made the shocking announcement on Sunday. She claims to have obtained a copy of a contract between the city's Department of Social Services and a nonprofit organization called Homes for the Homeless.
The nonprofit has been contracted to build emergency shelters for migrants, but it appears that the city has added a clause to the contract that requires the provision and distribution of voter registration forms for migrants staying at these shelters. This information, seen as concrete proof by Malliotakis, has raised eyebrows and sparked concerns among citizens.
During a press conference in Staten Island, Malliotakis stated, "This is the smoking gun that proves what we've been saying all along, that the city intends to register noncitizens to vote, and even those who are residing in these migrant shelters for just 30 days." She further emphasized the gravity of the situation by stating that it should be alarming to every citizen.
And there it is - Sen Dick Durbin is finally revealing their grand plan
Flood the country with illegal aliens, enlist them in the military, and make them citizens
The part he isn’t disclosing is who the Marxists will use the alien soldiers against..

On the other hand, the city has vehemently denied these allegations and maintains that the provision applies only to eligible citizens staying at the shelters. A spokesperson for the NYC Department of Social Services told Fox News Digital that these claims are baseless and misleading. They clarified that the provision is a legal requirement and that it applies only to eligible clients. They also added that it would not apply to asylum seekers in the shelters.
The controversy surrounding this issue stems back to 2021 when the City Council passed a law that would allow noncitizens to vote in local elections. However, a New York state judge overturned this law in July 2022. Malliotakis was among the lawmakers who sued the city over the local ordinance, and the city's appeal of the decision is still ongoing.
This latest development has added fuel to the ongoing debate surrounding illegal immigration and voting rights for noncitizens in the city. With the border crisis still ongoing, the city is struggling to accommodate the influx of migrants and provide them with basic necessities.
The idea that the city is also trying to involve illegal immigrants in the voting process has caused a public outcry and raised concerns about the integrity of the electoral system.
