Hakeem Jeffries Comments On Biden Health Update
Just when you think the Democrats have exhausted their bag of spin, they dig deeper. Now, in the wake of President Joe Biden’s aggressive cancer diagnosis, they’re not only dodging the elephant in the room — his long-suspected cognitive decline — they’re chastising anyone who dares to demand answers.
It started with David Axelrod, former Obama advisor and a longtime Democratic strategist. In a truly breathtaking pivot, Axelrod suggested that scrutiny over Biden’s mental state should now be “more muted” because of his health. As if transparency about a sitting president’s fitness — cognitive or otherwise — should be contingent on sympathy points.
Enter House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, who upped the ante with a coordinated counterattack. According to Jeffries, Republicans questioning Biden’s condition and the apparent cover-up are engaging in “conspiracy theories” and should be ashamed for doing so during “this moment in time.” Translation? How dare you ask questions when we’re trying to change the subject.
But let’s be clear: Biden’s cancer diagnosis, while deeply unfortunate, should not shield Democrats from accountability over what increasingly appears to have been a calculated suppression of Biden’s deteriorating cognitive condition.
Hakeem Jeffries wants talk of the Biden cognitive coverup shut down.
Says it’s “entirely inappropriate” for Republicans to discuss such “conspiracy theories" after the cancer diagnosis.

Republicans, including former Speaker Kevin McCarthy, have long pointed out troubling signs. McCarthy recently called out both Jeffries and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, noting that they were in the same rooms, seeing the same concerning behavior. They knew — and said nothing.
Now that Biden’s decline has been confirmed not just by public observation but in the audio from Special Counsel Robert Hur’s interview — where he struggled to remember when he was vice president or when his son died — the left’s new tactic is clear: pivot hard. Don’t talk about the cover-up. Don’t talk about medical transparency. Talk about healthcare.
Jeffries dutifully followed the script, accusing Republicans of trying to strip away Americans' healthcare “in the dead of night.” No evidence. No specifics. Just a tired scare tactic meant to distract from real, unanswered questions about who knew what — and when.
Let’s not forget: this is the same party that peddled actual conspiracy theories for years. From the Russia collusion hoax to claiming Hunter Biden’s laptop was “Russian disinformation,” Democrats launched entire media and government campaigns on false premises — and now expect Republicans to “look forward” when real questions remain unanswered?
And let’s talk about what they don’t want you to hear: tax hikes. If the 2017 tax cuts expire without renewal, middle-class Americans will feel it. Democrats are dodging that debate too, focusing instead on deflection and damage control.
