Larry Klayman, the lawyer for Jerome Corsi, says he has filed a complaint with acting AG Matt Whitaker.

He is accusing Mueller’s team of trying to suborn perjury, tamper with a witness and various other charges. Klayman says he wants Mueller to indict Corsi so they can fight the constitutionality and crimes that Mueller has committed.

Mueller offered Corsi a plea deal – confess to lying, and walk free. Mueller miscalculated. Corsi said that he never lied and would rather go to jail than confess to a crime he didn’t commit. Mueller’s team has not replied to Corsi’s charges.

According to The Hill, Larry Klayman, who joined Corsi’s legal team earlier this week, said that the complaint will claim that Mueller and his team asked Corsi to lie, commit witness tampering and other criminal violations.

Klayman said that the complaint would be filed Thursday or Friday with Acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker, the Justice Department’s Office of Professional Responsibility, and the department’s inspector general.

Klayman didn’t provide any more details about what the special counsel asked Corsi to lie about, but he brought up Corsi’s statements that he had not willfully misled federal investigators when questioned.

Klayman said that he trusts that Mueller “will be wise enough not to seek an indictment of Jerry Corsi,” as the indictment could give Corsi’s legal team the opportunity to challenge the authority of the special counsel.

“I think he’s a political hack and a criminal,” Corsi said of Mueller in a Hill.TV interview withBuck Sexton and Jamal Simmons.

The documents state that Corsi made the false statement when asked about a July 25, 2016 email sent by an individual – who Corsi identified as Stone – who asked that Corsi look into what emails WikiLeaks possessed and would release ahead of the 2016 election.

Corsi told authorities during the questioning that he had “declined the request from [Stone] and made clear to [Stone] that trying to contact [WikiLeaks] could be subject to investigation,” according to the documents.
