OUCH! Impeachment Dems Hurt Trump Didn't Invite Them To USMCA Signing- Seriously?
It looks like Democrats don't like the taste of their own medicine. Only this wasn't the massive 'lockout' stunt they pulled on Republicans during their secret impeachment meetings. They simply were not invited to the signing of the free trade agreement between the US, Mexico, and Canada.
The Hill claimed that Congressional Democrats on Wednesday slammed President Trump for excluding them from a signing ceremony for the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), an agreement for which they achieved significant changes and won union support.
"Perhaps we were not invited to today’s event on the South Lawn because our presence would be a prominent reminder of our critical leadership in achieving this deal," said Rep. Richard Neal (D-Mass.), who chairs the House Ways and Means Committee.
House speaker and spearhead to the entire impeachment sham, Nancy Pelosi tried to lay claim that the Democrats brokered the deal the President signed. Because that IS the Democrat way- claim the very success story you fought against.
Sure, in the end, Democrats did vote alongside Republicans to pass USMCA trade agreements but it was their efforts to save the failed NAFTA that delayed the entire progress.
“Because of the work of the House Democrats, under the leadership of Richie Neal with his task force, they made tremendous differences in what was proposed originally and what the president will be signing today,” Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) said at a morning news conference.
CNN anchor Jake Tapper took to twitter alongside a few others from the liberal media to pout:
.@byrdinator reports: House @SpeakerPelosi has not been invited to @realDonaldTrump’s planned Wednesday signing of the USMCA trade agreement, per a Pelosi spox. Democrats largely voted for USMCA, alongside Republicans, when it came to the House floor in December.

Why should the President invite Democrats to the signing? Especially ones who refused to allow a single Republican voice in on their decision to pursue impeachment? Their salty behavior doesn't dampen the fact that NAFTA is finally out of the window thanks to the current administration.
