Pete Hegseth Fires Back At AOC For Her Pro-Iran Sentiment
AOC recently sided against America in light of Trump taking out the Iranian General Soleimani. She claimed that Trump retaliating for the Iranian attack on our embassy was somehow an act of war. She said as much on Twitter.
"Last night the President engaged in what is widely being recognized as an act of war against Iran, one that now risks the lives of millions of innocent people. Now is the moment to prevent war & protect innocent people - the question for many is how, publicly & Congressionally:"
Iran was, of course, angry and they threatened to attack the U.S. for the General's death. Trump responded telling Iran that 52 Iranian areas of importance were already targeted. AOC once again came to Iran's defense claiming that the 52 areas would include civilians.
"This is a war crime. Threatening to target and kill innocent families, women and children - which is what you’re doing by targeting cultural sites - does not make you a “tough guy.” It does not make you “strategic.” It makes you a monster."
This is when Pete Hegseth said enough is enough, and expressed how he felt about Comrade Cortez while on The Five.
"I don't care about Iranian cultural sites," Hegseth said. "If they could, if you understand the Islamic Republic of Iran, if they had the power, they would destroy every single one of our cultural sites and build a mosque on top of it."
"U.S. officials described the killing of Soleimani as a defensive measure to prevent an “imminent attack” on U.S. interests following an assault by Iran-backed militiamen against the American Embassy in Baghdad days earlier."
"Soleimani is dead," Hegseth said. "This guy has exploited terrorism for that regime for forty years and the fact that Democrats in this country can't take a pause to say this is a good thing, now let's figure out how to prevent an Iranian bomb ... is shameful."
"He killed a murderous homicidal maniac who killed 600 Americans and ... Trump is the bad guy," Greg Gutfeld chimed in. "We took out a bad guy and what's interesting is that what's seen as heinous under Trump would've been seen as bold under Obama."
Watch The Clip Below.
General Soleimani had a hand in the death of over 600 Americans. He was not a good guy, we by no means killed the Mr. Rogers of Iran. But if you look at how the Dems are taking it we are now vicious assassins. Thankfully we have Trump in Office to properly handle this as it appears the Dems no longer care about the Welfare of America. They forget that we have to fight to maintain all of the freedoms we have.
