Report: Ronan Farrow's Book Claims Hillary Forced Him To Kill The Harvey Weinstein Investigation [Details]
Ronan Farrow, American journalist, lawyer, and former government advisor wrote in his new book about how far Harvey Weinstein's reach really was. The book titles 'Catch and Kill' Farrow claims that Weinstein used leverage over Hillary Clinton to pressure him into dropping a case against him
The Hollywood Reporter writes:
"Weinstein also attempted to leverage his long-term relationship with Hillary Clinton to pressure Farrow, he writes. In summer 2017, while Farrow was trying to lock down an interview with Clinton for his foreign policy book — while also still working on the Weinstein story — he received a call from Clinton’s publicist, Nick Merrill, who told him that the “big story” Farrow was working on was a “concern for us.” Then, in September 2017, according to an email cited in the book, Weinstein wrote to Deborah Turness, the ex-president of NBC News who now runs NBC News International, to propose a docuseries on Clinton. “Your Hillary doc series sounds absolutely stunning,” Turness responded."
Insider noted that in the email, Farrow said Merrill told him that the "big story" he was working on was a "concern for us."
Weinstein, a major Democratic Party donor, gave Clinton more than $26,000 in contributions since her initial Senate run in 2000, according to the Federal Election Commission
Five days after The New York Times investigation on the movie producer's sexual misconduct was published in October 2017, Clinton issued a statement decrying his behavior.
I was shocked and appalled by the revelations about Harvey Weinstein," the statement read."The behavior described by women coming forward cannot be tolerated. Their courage and the support of others is critical in helping to stop this kind of behavior."

The early implication from Weinstein's victims was that there were many who knew that the Hollywood producer was sexually abusing and that the coverup went as high as politicians.
Speculations and through the power of deduction most people knew Clinton must be involved somehow. Just based on the close relationship between Weinstein and the Clintons. To which, democrats defended Clinton and their sticky ties calling the suspicion slander.
I wonder what they think about Farrow's new book, then? After all, Farrow was a journalist, lawyer, and government advisor. Just saying.
