Springsteen To Perform At Kamala Rallies In Atlanta and Philly
Bruce Springsteen, the aging rocker and longtime Democratic cheerleader, is making his rounds again, this time at Kamala Harris rallies in crucial battleground states like Georgia and Pennsylvania.
That’s right, Harris’s campaign is wheeling out the big guns—Springsteen and Barack Obama—for a series of concert rallies under the banner “When We Vote We Win.” Translation: when Democrats are behind in the polls, drag out celebrity endorsements to rally the troops.
Springsteen will be performing in Atlanta on Thursday and in Philadelphia next Monday, with Obama by his side. But don’t expect much from Harris—she’s only scheduled to appear in Atlanta. That’s right, the actual candidate is still in hiding mode while relying on a rock star pushing 80 to excite voters.
Springsteen, who endorsed Harris in a cringeworthy video filmed in a New Jersey diner, rambled about America being more divided than since the Civil War. You know, the same “vision” he’s been pushing for over 50 years while living the high life far removed from the people he claims to represent.
Now, he’s touting Harris and Minnesota’s Tim Walz as the ticket to bring “unity” and economic prosperity. But here’s the kicker: the so-called unity is just more empty promises from elites who’ve never had to live with the consequences of their own policies. Springsteen’s done well for himself, but how about the rest of us?
Not surprisingly, Harris’s campaign strategy is built on parading celebrities to rally support. Just days ago, rapper Eminem showed up at a Harris-Obama rally in Detroit. He didn’t perform but made a few vague statements about “freedom” and “expressing opinions” without “retribution.”
Sure, because Harris, the same woman who pushed for draconian lockdowns and supports radical policies that erode fundamental freedoms, is a true champion of free expression, right?
What we’re really seeing here is a desperate effort to boost a candidate who can’t connect with voters on her own merits. So what do they do? Bring in celebrities to distract from the fact that Harris’s platform is nothing more than the same tired, failed policies of the left.
Springsteen can sing all he wants about hope and unity, but the real message is clear: the Democrats know their candidate can’t win on substance, so they’ll throw star power at the problem and hope nobody notices.
