This Week's Daily Show Scab Pushed Anti-GOP Conspiracies [Video]
In today’s political climate, it seems like the liberal media and Democrats will stop at nothing to push their agenda. Recently, The Daily Show has been pushing a conspiracy theory that the Republicans have “permanently stolen the state legislature” in Wisconsin. This claim was made by the show’s temp host, John Leguizamo, when discussing the upcoming election for the state’s Supreme Court.
It’s clear that Leguizamo’s claims are nothing more than a gross misrepresentation of the facts. The truth is, the Republicans have not “stolen” the state legislature, nor have they implemented any of the policies he suggested would be enacted if the liberal candidate won the election.
Furthermore, it’s irresponsible for the liberal media to be pushing these kinds of conspiracy theories and attempting to influence the election. The media has an obligation to provide the public with accurate, unbiased information. Unfortunately, it seems that the media is more concerned with pushing their own agenda than presenting the facts.
Instead of pushing conspiracy theories and biased information, the media should be focusing on the issues at hand, such as the real differences between the candidates and their respective policies. The liberal media needs to be held accountable for their irresponsible reporting and should be providing factual, unbiased information to the public.
It’s also important to note that the GOP has implemented several policies that have been beneficial for the state of Wisconsin. For example, the GOP has worked to reduce taxes, promote economic growth, and strengthen the education system. These are all policies that have been beneficial to the people of Wisconsin, and it’s important that the media acknowledge and report on them.
By pushing these kinds of conspiracy theories, the liberal media and Democrats are showing that they are not interested in presenting the facts. Instead, they are attempting to influence the election in favor of their own agenda. It’s time for the media to stop pushing these kinds of biased and inaccurate narratives and start reporting on the facts.

Here is his full spiel:
JOHN LEGUIZAMO: All right, let's move on to Wisconsin because they're about to have an election for the state supreme court that's hugely important, and not just for there, but for the whole goddamn country. And it's a little complicated to explain why in a short time, but fortunately, I'm a Latino New Yorker and I can talk very fast.
All right, I know you’re with me. I know you’re with me. Yeah, I know. All right. All right. So, let me break it down for you in my new segment: "A New York Minute." Hit the clock! Okay, here's what's at stake. One: abortion. When Roe v. Wade was overturned, Wisconsin automatically went back to strict anti-abortion law from 1849. That is so long ago! You know what the number one movie was in 1849? Nothing! They weren't invented yet! If the liberal wins, she can abort that law! Two, gerrymandering. Republicans have permanently stolen the state legislature. A liberal judge could fit that shit. It’s more technical than that but I do have to [bleep] time to explain it. Three, Donald Trump [buzzer] that mother[bleep]—Oh, shit! Just vote. Okay?
