Top Dem Demands A 'No Fly' List For Republicans, Extremism At It's Finest!
A top Democrat, Homeland Security Chai Rep Bennie Thompson, made a bizarre demand this week. The Mississippi Rep wants Sens. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, Josh Hawley, R-Mo., and Rep. Lauren Boebert, R-Colo. following last week's raid at the Capitol. None of the Reps that Thompson mentioned spoke out 'for' the raid, but Thompson deems them responsible?
When faced with criticism from one Twitter user who said that Thompson “should be ashamed” for saying that Cruz and Hawley should be on the no-fly list, Thompson responded, “I am not ashamed. However, they should be.
I am not ashamed. However, they should be. https://t.co/yvqkgfzcpy

"There's no question about it," the chair of the House Homeland Security Committee, told SiriusXM host Joe Madison, told The Washington Times.
"There's no exemption for being put on the no-fly list. Even a member of Congress that commits a crime, you know, they're expelled from the body. There are ethics charges that can be brought against those individuals. And people are looking at all of this."
Thompson claims that Bobert "basically tweeted directions" to supporters when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was evacuated. Cruz and Boebert have publicly denounced the storming of the Capitol so Thompson's claim is unfounded and ridiculous.
It hasn't stopped there. Many Democrats have called for several Republicans to resign. Cruz and Hawley are lawyers who have faced calls to be disbarred.
Thompson had previously called on the “crazy folk” involved in the riot at the U.S. Capitol to be labeled domestic terrorists and to also be added to the no-fly list.
I have to wonder, how many people who participated in the violent riots and burning down of small businesses were labeled domestic terrorists, personally? How many BLM or Antifa members are there on this 'no-fly list' following the mass destruction and violence inflict across the nation?
What about the Democrats calling for the blatantly calling for the violence to continue? Sen Kamala Harris, who said "protesters should not let up!" while small businesses were looted and burned to the ground- is she on a 'no-fly list'? What Rep Ayanna Pressley who said "there needs to be unrest in the streets? Even speaker Pelosi and Rep Maxine Waters are guilty of saying protests need to happen. Waters told supporters to harras Trump staff. I guess that's fine, right?
By all means, let us prosecute all those guilty of inciting riots and insurrection. pic.twitter.com/K4GCeXq5Aj

According to WLBT, Thompson also revealed that the Congressional Black Caucus will hold a hearing Wednesday to begin a CBC investigation into what took place at the Capitol which will be independent of the other committee investigations.
He said they are doing this because, “We believe that that double standard existed on the 6th of January. We want to know why so that- obviously we do know why.“
"But somebody’s gonna have to tell us why is occurred other than the fact that there were White people involved and you treat White protesters with kid gloves and Black and White protesters with... You throw the full face and power of the government on them to suppress them. It oughta be one policy.”
By no means, do I support what happened at the Capitol. I can, however, see how tensions may have finally boiled over after years of strain from the left but how can we say one side is right and the other is wrong? How can Democrats openly cheer on violent riots in cities across the US and think they stand a chance accusing the President of doing the same thing? The President did not cheer on violence, he told protesters to be peaceful and released a video condemning violence and telling supporters to leave the Capitol.
