Watch: Levin On The 'Phony Article Of Impeachment', Warning 'We Have A Tyranny Of The Legislature'
'Life, Liberty & Levin' host delivered an exploded and highly detailed account of how House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-California) has "destroyed the separation of powers" by kickstarting a second article impeachment against Trump.
Wednesday nigh, Levin exploded with outrage at the lack of evidence brought forth by Democrats. During an interview with Fox News' host Sean Hannity, Levin explained to viewers what Democrats included in their article to impeachment document.
It's pretty pathetic when you hear what was inside the document.
President Trump now faces a second impeachment for allegedly causing the raid on the Capitol last week but Democrats offer nothing but the mainstream media's opinions and their personal 'feelings' as facts.
"I want to remind people of Jerrold Nadler, and the Democrats' former president by the name of Clinton," Levin recalled. "On his last day in office, President Clinton ceded to Jerrold Nadler's request to commute the sentences of Linda Evans and Susan Rosenberg," both members of the far-left May 19th Communist Organization, which sought the violent overthrow of the U.S. government.

Levin expressed that despite former vice president Joe Biden's so-called 'unity' plan, Democrats move to rip the nation apart. Levin argued that what they should have done was unit the nation against the rioters but Dems couldn't see beyond their Trump-derangement.
Levin pointed out that Democrats have lumped all Trump supporters into the same group as those who set out to overtake the Capitol last week.
"We are supposed to be re[programmed] according to MSNBC. We are supposed to lose our jobs, we are supposed to be on hit lists," he said. "Now we have repression by the left, by the Democrats, their media, their social media, we can't even communicate with each other in this country.
"[But] who's [actually] attacking the Constitution?" Levin asked. "Nancy Pelosi has just destroyed the separation of powers by the use of the impeachment power this way, she has destroyed the separation of powers.
"What else? Chuck Schumer wants to destroy the courts. Chuck Schumer wants to destroy the Senate. Chuck Schumer wants to destroy the Electoral College. Who is attacking the Constitution?"
Levin concluded that there are "different types of tyrannies. There are the nutjobs, who are armed up, and then there are the people in suits and ties and are well-dressed. They look really good and they have perfume and cologne on and they show up in Congress."
"We have a tyranny of the legislature. The American people saw two tyrannies this week. One today in the House of Representatives, and one last week outside the Capitol building."
What Else?
Pelosi got the 232 votes she was after (217 needed) to pass an article of impeachment Wednesday. Without solid evidence, Pelosi secured enough votes (at least 10 from republicans) to start yet another baseless witch hunt. Republicans who voted for impeachment are; Liz Cheney (WY), Anthony Gonzalez (OH). Jaime Herrera Beutler (WA), John Katko (NY), Adam Kinzinger (IL), Peter Meijer (MI), Dan Newhouse (WA), Tom Rice (SC), Fred Upton (MI), and David Valadao (CA).
