Emails Releases About Investigation Conducted By The Biden Admin
In a nation where justice is supposed to be blind, the Biden administration’s Department of Justice appears to have removed the blindfold — and handed the scales directly to abortion activists.
The Functional Government Initiative (FGI) has uncovered what may be one of the most glaring examples of weaponized government in recent memory. Through a trove of emails shared with The Daily Wire, FGI revealed coordination between the DOJ, FBI, and the National Abortion Federation (NAF) — coordination that, by all appearances, crossed the line from “communication” into activist-driven enforcement.
At the center of this explosive report is the FACE Act — a law originally intended to protect all Americans, including patients and staff at both abortion facilities and crisis pregnancy centers, from threats or violence. But under the Biden administration, this law has been used like a political bludgeon — not to defend the law impartially, but to selectively punish pro-life Americans, many of whom were engaged in nonviolent protest, prayer, or sidewalk counseling.
A National Abortion Federation lawyer testified to @chiproytx that it had no influence over the Biden FACE Act prosecutions.

According to the emails, NAF Security Director Matthew Ledogar praised the DOJ and FBI for their “superb” work, noting that NAF had been involved in multiple FACE Act investigations across seven states. NAF’s own words confirm their intimate role — not just in observing, but in advising and influencing federal prosecution efforts against pro-life individuals and organizations.
And it wasn’t just input. It was strategy. Target selection. Framing.
As FGI’s Roderick Law put it bluntly, “NAF and other abortion activists were trying to remove Lady Justice’s blindfold, and DOJ officials like Kristen Clarke and Sanjay Patel were allowing it.”
This goes beyond bias — it amounts to a systemic betrayal of equal protection under the law.
Under Merrick Garland’s tenure, the DOJ established the Reproductive Rights Task Force, chaired by Vanita Gupta and composed of nearly every senior DOJ department — a full-court press to protect abortion access by any means necessary. But while that Task Force was launched in the name of “civil rights,” it became a vehicle for politically targeted prosecutions.
Consider this: since Biden took office, the DOJ has launched a surge in federal prosecutions against pro-life advocates, many of them elderly, nonviolent Christians praying in public spaces. Meanwhile, 500+ churches and dozens of pregnancy centers have been vandalized, firebombed, or attacked — and yet the DOJ’s response to these crimes has been either sluggish or nonexistent.
Pro-life activist Bevelyn Williams. Catholic priest Fidelis Moscinski. A group of Christians in Tennessee singing and praying in a hallway. Ten-year sentences. Federal conspiracy charges. Not for violence. Not for threats. But for peaceful dissent in the wrong direction.
And what’s worse? Prosecutors like Sanjay Patel — now under scrutiny by Congress — reportedly relied on Reconstruction-era laws originally written to fight the KKK to extend prison terms against pro-life demonstrators. That’s not creative lawyering. That’s perversion of justice.
This matters far beyond the individual cases. What FGI has exposed is a dangerous precedent of ideological law enforcement — where activist groups help decide who gets targeted, who gets prosecuted, and who gets a pass.
This is the very kind of two-tiered justice the American public has come to fear: one standard for left-wing causes, another for those who stand in defense of life, faith, and traditional values.
And while the Biden DOJ was working hand-in-glove with abortion industry activists, the actual violence against pro-life Americans was brushed aside. Groups like Jane’s Revenge have claimed responsibility for attacks on pregnancy centers and churches, yet have faced almost no consequences. Why? Because they’re on the “right” side of the issue, according to the political powers that be.
