Israeli Used Phone Call To Trigger Meeting Says Report
In a stunning revelation that underscores the depth of Israel’s intelligence capabilities, Mossad reportedly executed a bold psychological and military operation that crippled Iran’s Aerospace Force leadership in a single blow.
The operation, disclosed by The Jewish Chronicle and discussed by Israeli journalist Amit Segal, details how Israeli operatives used a fake emergency call to lure Iran’s top missile commanders into a fortified bunker — which was then destroyed in a pinpoint airstrike.
According to the report, Mossad infiltrated Iranian military communication channels and fabricated a high-level emergency meeting for senior officials in Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Aerospace Force.
Approximately 20 top officials — including Commander General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, his deputies, and critical technical staff — were summoned to a specific underground bunker outside Tehran under false pretenses.
Segal explained on the Call Me Back podcast that Israel’s goal was to neutralize Iran’s capacity to retaliate. “There was no one to give the order to fire the initial salvo of 1,000 ballistic missiles,” he said, referencing Iran’s heavily publicized threats to launch a massive retaliatory strike. With the leadership corralled and unsuspecting, Israel struck.
Just moments before Israeli forces launched a widespread missile offensive across other Iranian targets, the bunker — containing the IRGC’s top missile command structure — was struck with lethal accuracy. The strike reportedly killed the entire senior command of Iran’s missile program in one fell swoop.
The impact was immediate and devastating for Iran’s military chain of command. Without leadership to coordinate a response, the anticipated Iranian missile retaliation never materialized. The operation not only disrupted Iran’s immediate strike capability but sent a clear signal about Israel’s intelligence dominance and willingness to act preemptively.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu defended the action, stating that the growing threat of a nuclear-armed Iran left Israel with no alternative. For years, Netanyahu has warned that Iran’s nuclear ambitions pose an existential threat, and this operation is the clearest indication yet that Israel is willing to act decisively to prevent it.
U.S. President Donald Trump has also consistently warned of the dangers posed by the Iranian regime. In numerous public statements and media appearances, he has maintained that Iran must never be allowed to possess nuclear weapons, positioning himself as a staunch ally of Israel.
