Arizona Lawmaker Under Investigation After Social Media Post
You know, it used to be that when people talked about political extremism, they looked to Washington D.C. — Capitol Hill, cable news, the usual suspects. But lately? It’s looking more and more like the real powder keg is down in the trenches — at the state level — where some of the most unhinged, anti-law enforcement antics are being carried out not by random activists, but by elected officials.
Let’s start with the obvious: the Texas Democrats. These are the folks who literally fled the state like political fugitives to block a redistricting map they didn’t like. They jetted off to — wait for it — Illinois and New York, two Democrat-run strongholds that have perfected the art of partisan gerrymandering over the past few decades. You can't make this stuff up.
Arizona State Senator Analise Ortiz (D) is actively impeding and doxxing ICE by posting their live locations on instagram
Charge her.

These same people shrieked about “democracy being under attack” while refusing to vote and skipping their jobs. Meanwhile, back in Texas, floodwaters rose and critical infrastructure was left to rot as lawmakers played hide-and-seek in hotel conference rooms up north. It’s not governance — it’s performance art, and bad art at that.
But now the spotlight’s moving to another level of absurdity — and danger.
Meet Rhode Island State Rep. Enrique Sanchez, who recently jumped onto social media to declare that he wants to physically confront ICE agents, referring to them as “Nazi thugs” and calling for a “day of reckoning.” DHS noticed. Now Sanchez is reportedly on their radar, and with good reason.
Democrat State Senator openly impeding ICE efforts to deport illegal alien criminals in AZ.
She's doxxing ICE agents & openly putting the lives of American law enforcement at risk.
I'll be filing an ethics complaint.
She should be expelled from the Arizona legislature. pic.twitter.com/x9GrdxjwlA

Not to be outdone, Arizona State Sen. Analise Ortiz decided to one-up the chaos by posting ICE sweep locations on Instagram — broadcasting them to the public in real time. That’s not just bad judgment. According to DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin, that’s potentially obstruction of justice.
"Analise Ortiz is siding with vicious cartels, human traffickers, and violent criminals over American citizens,” McLaughlin said. And let’s be honest — it’s hard to argue otherwise when you’re openly aiding and alerting illegal aliens with criminal records on how to avoid arrest.
This isn’t some protester chaining themselves to a fence. This is an elected state senator deliberately undermining federal law enforcement officers in their efforts to remove dangerous individuals from the country. And while ICE officers risk their lives — with assaults on agents rising — people like Ortiz are playing social media activist while wearing a government badge.
Republicans in Arizona are now preparing to file ethics charges, with State Sen. Jake Hoffman calling for Ortiz to be expelled from the legislature. Meanwhile, Democrat Attorney General Kris Mayes is trying to play the “free speech” card, as if exposing the locations of federal agents during active operations is the same as tweeting your opinion on gas prices.
I agree 100%!!!
She always spent more time acting like a progressive activist on the House floor than she did a public servant.
Complete and total embarrassment.
Expel her!!! https://t.co/2gf01ae5n6

Here’s the problem — this isn’t about free speech. It’s about safety, law, and responsibility. If someone gets hurt — or worse — because of this kind of reckless behavior, does anyone really believe Mayes or Ortiz will take the blame?
